Floro Business Strategies Introduces Mentoring Program “Dream Work”

Students in the Mentoring Program at Lynn Lucas Middle School and Willis High School are spending time this semester exploring their life goals. DREAM WORK is a program led by Floro Business Strategies – a husband and wife team – and is being provided to the district at no cost.

The purpose of the program is to collaborate with junior
high and high school students to identify and claim their individual dreams for their school years and beyond. Students are led through a multi-week strategic process which enables them to identify their dreams while developing goals accompanied with action items for responsibility and accountability needed to achieve the goals. Parents, mentors, and Willis ISD counselors and teachers can help provide a framework of support and accountability for the students.
